As of June 16, Meelis Ṧokman, who is responsible for the company’s financial sector and investor relations, has been nominated as a member of the Management Board of Porto Franco OÜ.

Meelis will take office as a member of the board of Porto Franco next to Rauno Teder. Meelis has a strong background in real estate, development projects and also the financial sector, in addition, Meelis’ experience in managing teams of different sizes is important.

“Porto Franco’s first building is ready, but there is still a lot to do. Porto Franco is a big and exciting development, including several different functions and also offers excitement architecturally – it is a great honor to contribute to it, “said Meelis Šokman.

Meelis Šokman has previously worked in Eastnine as the Chairman of the Management Board of Estonian and Latvian offices, Ektornet as the Head of Estonian unit and in several positions at Swedbank.

He has international experience in the real estate sector and a long-term background in the financial sector. Over the past two years, he has led the creation of a portfolio of development projects at Eastnine Latvian offices.
